Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. For whatever reason if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to provide exchanges or store credit for items purchased (with the exception of custom orders or final sales items) if the following conditions are met:

  • All items must be in their original packaging with product tags attached
  • All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original condition
  • Footwear should have no scuff marks on the outsole or ANY sign of wear to be eligible for return
  • Original receipts must be included with the return

If any of the above conditions is not met, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or store credit even if you have already shipped the item back to us.

***Sale items and custom orders are non-exchangeable nor returnable.***

1. VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS

All exchanges and returns would need to be reported within 7 days of the date you received your order. If exact item is in stock and the above conditions are met, you will be eligible for and exchange. If no like item is available, we will issue you a coupon code for the amount to be used on another purchase.

Coupon store credits are valid for 30 days and can be used for your next purchase online. It is strictly non-refundable, non-extendable, and non-exchangeable for cash. Coupon code is applicable online only and cannot be used in our Retail boutiques or at Show locations where we may be set up.

Online Store Credit Coupon Codes are to be used in a singular transaction and any excess amount not utilized, would not be refunded.

Online Store Credit Coupon Codes given will be at the buying price of the product as stated in the original invoice. No refunds will be given for delivery charges incurred in the original, returned and onward shipping charges of exchanged items.

However, if any of the products received is deemed defective or shipped incorrectly, we will bear the cost of shipping the item(s) back to you. Please note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability. If same item is not in stock, we will offer the Coupon Code Store Credit option.

4. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS.

Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.

She is Whiskey in a Teacup makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose.

All decisions made regarding returns, credits and exchanges are final.
